Event Bartending Services

We bring the bar team, the tools, and the know-how. You bring the alcohol — we can even pick it up for you. Bar service only, no food: weddings, private parties, corporate events, and celebrations across the Oklahoma City metro and beyond. Our crew staffs the bars at OU home football games and stadium concerts and produces the biggest events in Oklahoma — your event gets the same crew.

Booking, Insurance & Setup Fee — $250 flat

Covers event liquor-liability and general liability insurance, setup and breakdown, a planning consultation, and a custom alcohol shopping list sized to your guest count.

Bartender Labor — per bartender, per hour (4-hour minimum)

Beer & wine service $50/hr · Full bar / cocktails $60/hr · Barback / support staff $40/hr. How many bartenders: 1 per 75 guests for beer & wine, 1 per 50 guests for a full bar.

Bar Kit & Mixers Fee

Flat, by guest count. Everything for the bar except the alcohol: mixes, sodas, tonic, juices, garnishes, ice and coolers, cups, napkins, straws, blenders and professional bar tools. Up to 75 guests: $200 · 76–150 guests: $300 · 151–250 guests: $400 · Over 250: quoted.

Liquor Pickup Service — $200 flat

We build the shopping list, pick up your alcohol order, deliver it to the venue, and get everything iced down before guests arrive. Unopened bottles go back with you.

Frozen drink machine rental — $150

Real glassware rental — $4 per guest

Travel beyond 30 miles of OKC — $1.50 per mile

Wedding, 100 guests, 5 hours, full bar: Booking, insurance & setup $250 + 2 bartenders × 5 hrs × $60 = $600 + Bar kit & mixers (76–150 guests) $300 + Liquor pickup $200 = $1,350 total (alcohol purchased separately by the host).

Good to know

The host provides all alcohol — a bartending service pours, it doesn't sell alcohol at private events. 50% deposit books the date; balance due 7 days before the event. Gratuity: either an 18% service charge on labor or a tip jar at the bar — your choice, agreed in advance. Travel within 30 miles of Oklahoma City included.
